网络安全研究人员在 Android 和 iOS 上发现了大约 90 个恶意应用程序，这些应用程序可能会在您的智能手机上充斥广告。然而，这些内容的下载量已超过 1300 万次。

BleepingComputer 的一份报告显示，Human Security Satori 的安全研究人员发现Google Play 上有 86 个应用程序，Apple App Store 上有另外 9 个应用程序，谁从事广告欺诈。这些移动应用程序是他们称为“Scylla”的新活动的一部分。分析人士认为e Scylla是第三波他们于 2019 年 8 月发现了一项行动，并将其命名为“波塞冬”。第二波攻击显然来自同一威胁参与者，被称为“Charybdis”，并于 2020 年底达到顶峰。
